Pineywoods Artisan Collective Vendor Rules & Guidelines

1. Eligibility & Application
  • All vendors must complete the official sign-up form and receive confirmation before participating.
  • Booths are available for artisans, crafters, food trucks, and local businesses.
2. Fees & Payment
  • Vendor fees must be paid in advance to secure your space.
3. Booth Assignments
  • Location preferences (On the Square, In the Quilt Show, or at the Dutch Oven Cook Off Location) will be considered but are not guaranteed.
  • Final booth assignments will be communicated prior to the event.
4. Setup & Breakdown
  • Vendors may begin setup [insert time, e.g., 2 hours before event start].
  • All booths must be ready 30 minutes before the event opens.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and cleanup.
  • Early breakdown is not permitted; vendors must remain set up until the event ends.
5. Products & Sales
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax, if applicable.
6. Electricity & Special Requests
  • Limited electricity is available; requests will be accommodated as space allows.
  • Please indicate any special needs on your application.
7. Conduct
  • Vendors are expected to act professionally and courteously at all times.
  • No loud music, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  • Booth spaces must be kept clean and free of debris.
8. Liability
  • Pineywoods Artisan Collective and event organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  • Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Fees are non-refundable.
